Live Edge Guanacaste Split Dinning Table

This piece was specially commissioned for my grandmother’s brand-new house. The large exotic hardwood slab, sourced all the way from Costa Rica, made an impressive and striking table on its own. However, she was quite concerned about the difficulties involved in moving such a heavy and cumbersome piece, so we decided to split it into two matching tables, each measuring five and a half feet long, designed to fit perfectly together. The custom metal base supporting the tables is carefully crafted from sturdy steel square tubing, combining durability with a sleek, modern aesthetic.
